”When we arrived at the hotel, a few minutes before check in, we went to the front desk amd the clerk was struggling to find our room. When he finally was able to find it, it wasnt ready and there were repairs that needed to be fixed like a broken sink faucet handle. We waited for the repair to be made, in the mean time I was asked to sign a couple forms. One form in particular was a pet policy since we had our dog with us. They were asking for an additional $40 a night for our dog (labordoodle)...

”Everything went well I checked out in time. The only problem was the next day. They sent me a email telling me. I should’ve checked out on time. Which I did, I left early before checkout. They said my dog was barking, but my dog was in my truck with me the whole time I called hotel they said they didn’t leave any voice messages or text messages.”

”It's hits the bare minimum. It does hv a fridge, microwave and kind of a stove ( looked more like a hot plate situation) bed was decent. Light bulbs burned out in 2 places, nothing in the way kitchenware - bring your own everything. No shampoo etc. 1 bar of hand soap. Floors in common areas ( laminate were dirty sticky, it was like that the night I arrived and in the am when I left- had not been mopped!!! A/C worked well”

”Nice little room. Could have used a bit of detail cleaning for spider webs, doors, switch plates. The gap under the door needed a strip of some kind. There was also no hair dryer. We loved the mini fireplace and convenient location. ”

”Very very noisy could hear everything going on in room next door. The bar next door was so loud that our window was vibrating from the music till midnight. ”

”This is my go-to stay wherever I may travel! I love the separate bedroom/sleeping area, which allows for my night owl travel partner to stay up late, and yet allows me to get up early (hello coffee!). The properties nationwide are consistently clean, well maintained, quiet and secure. The beds are also consistently comfortable, and the breakfast bar is exceptional. To top all that wonderful off, the staff is friendly, helpful, engaging and kind.”

”stayed for 4 nights — front desk was very helpful! there was some issues with payment, but the front desk lady at the time was super nice and patient while we got it sorted out. rooms were clean and well maintained ; however, I noticed the second time I went to use the shower, there was black ants coming out from what seems like the cracks in the caulking which freaked me out. Breakfast was okay — they had you’re own “make your waffles” (kids enjoyed it lol), but not a lot to choose from. There...
