”In the middle of a remodel. Pull out couch broken, cot stained, carpet ripped. Supposed to be ADA mobility, but toilets are low, no handles for pulling self up, shower had showe bar on other side of shower, no way to golf on to get out safely. Had to buy own shower chair, handicap parking too far from entrance with uneven side walks. Staff very friendly and polite.”
