”The hotel was clean overall, and the staff was very friendly. We chose this hotel because it was close to an appointment we had, and we appreciated that the rates remained reasonable despite the World Cup.
We made our reservation that morning and arrived a little after 8:00 PM. Check-in was quick, but when we got to our room, the door was partially open and someone was inside. We initially thought the room had been assigned by mistake, but it turned out it was still being cleaned.
