”The entire area is attractive, nice places to dine and great walking paths along the town center. Over the last several years this is our preferred place to stay when visiting Keller.”

”Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. ”We love the Delta and stay there when we can. The staff is always friendly and helpful!! The bed in our room was very hard and the pillows were either too hard or too soft. I don't recall this being an issue the last few times we stayed, so I don't know if something has changed or not, I just know the bed was not comfortable. Sadly, we may try another hotel next time. ”

”Pool was completely out of order for the entire 5 day stay with algae. Room didn’t get cleaned or restocked. Coffee was literally cold and the breakfast was mediocre at best. If you have kids and planning on using the pool, find a different place to stay. ”

”Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. ”

”Not a resort spa, but a great inexpensive lodging option, in a convenient location for getting around, and plenty of food and such within a couple hundred yards to spend a week there and never eat the same food twice. Room was clean, WiFi worked fine, cleaning staff was great.
