”It had a great air conditioner with a steady fan hum which drowned out any train noise, as it was across the street from busy tracks. Was close to a historic downtown area which was lovely to explore and we had missed on prior visits.to Livingston. We got a room with a pullout sofa bed and had a table and chairs and felt homey. Did not like getting contact high from the weed smoking happening below the room... only smelled outside though. Had benches in front of the rooms for my smoker friend...

”Room was ok but it was off the pool and it was stuffy and warm. The air conditioner could not cool the room. There was trash outside all around the hotel and a huge dumpster in the back near the picnic tables. Will not stay there again.”

”Need more staff, hard to find anyone at the front desk”

”The stay was mediocre, but to top it all off because a few of the Linens got dirty they decided to try and charge me $560 for a washcloth being dirty, two of the cheap hand rag style floor mats for the shower we're dirty and I spelled a small amount of tea on a sheet. Apparently justifying them trying to charge me over half $1,000”

”We really like staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Parking is easy and convenient.”

”Good size room with fairly comfortable bed, small table snd chairs, nice shower and ample storage. The staff were helpful and friendly. The aircon, however, was rather noisy and the breakfast and coffee were just okay. There is a supermarket across the street, which was very convenient.”

”This was a fine hotel, but it is an older property. My room happened to be right by the stairwell, which kept me up at night. Other than that, things were good.”
