”We booked two rooms for 1 night as we have an excursion the next day. We booked mainly because the reviews were good and they had airport transportation to give us the ease of getting to the hotel. However, even after confirming time and flight information and us giving them notification when we landed and they confirmed someone’s waiting for us at the airport no one came. We tried messaging through Expedia and did not get a response. Good thing we had the hotel number and was able to reach them...

”The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!”

It was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. My husband and I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the team!”
