”Very clean. Very nice staff. Very comfortable bed. Not the Ritz, Normally a Marriott kind of guy. But I would stay there again.”

”It was a cute place, they had a free kids movie playing at night, with fire pits and free popcorn. We had an easy time checking in. Unfortunately there were a lot of ants under our bed from a previous guest’s candy. Not something I wanted to deal with late at night. I would still recommend this place, just check under the beds when you check in.”

”Unfortunately, I had to stop somewhere near Arco and made a totally wrong decision. Outside it looks OK but rooms are old and worn out. Windows broken and obviously newer cleaned. Shower cabinet drainage full of hairs, regular water running noise from the neighboring room??? Should be removed from the Hotels.com listing.”

”No staff onsite. No ice makers on site. Rooms were clean and quiet.”

”It felt overpriced for the amenities and dated property. Fine, nothing special. Was there for work, wouldn’t stay here on a personal trip. Too expensive.”

”We checked in and took the extremely slow elevator to the 3rd floor, where we walked into our hotel room (as the door was wide open) it had not been cleaned at all. Mind you it was about 7pm when we checked in and rooms should have been cleaned by that time. As we called to the front desk staff to change rooms, house keeping came by and she was mortified. She moved us to another room and even went downstairs to get our new keys, she apologized all over herself. Even at 10pm at night house...
