”Rauhallinen ja yleissiisti hotelli pienen lammen rannalla. Ruokapaikkoja ja marketti lähellä. Huone oli tilava perheelle. Kokolattiamatto on aina seikka, joka vähentää viihtyvyyttä, myöskin sohvakalusteet kaipaisivat huolenpitoa. Aamupala oli perushyvä, ja siisteys oli huolehdittu hyvin. Uima-allas ja kuntosali saivat pisteet! Kokonaisuudessaan hyvä hotelli. Asiakaspalvelulle täydet pisteet!”

”Excellent customer service start to finish and everything in between! Night reception was just as fantastic as morning reception. Breakfast was great and the place was super clean and fresh!”

”Property and room was clean. Customer service was good. Breakfast was decent (grits, chicken sausage, egg white frittas, waffles, cereal, bread (toaster didn’t work), juice, water). We were in an accessible room. The strip that holds the water in needs repairing or something higher to keep the water from spilling out all over the bathroom even though there were drains but that’s a safety hazard. The ice machine on the 1st floor was out of service ( the main floor should definitely work if...

”3 night family trip. Staff very friendly. Room was big enough to sleep everyone and sit in on a rainy day. Room had minor ‘not clean’ items like clear dusted/not dusted areas. Our family found this insignificant. Would not recommend the pull out couch bed for an adult, but the kids loved it. ”

”Staff was friendly. We booked through hotels.com, and we would definitely do that again. Everything was taken care of nicely. The neighborhood was nice. We walked (3 min walk) to the gas station after midnight and felt safe. ”

”I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”
