”Beautiful stay for our quick family getaway. House layout is perfect for a family. Plenty of room, open spaces, great beds, linens, etc. Pool area was perfect and very safe with kids age 5+.”

”House was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many great stores and the beach. The pool was perfect. We stayed here for a week after a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. It was great to rest and recoup in this home.”

I think it would have been even more interesting if there was tvs in all room, and dressers for table space, the double twin bed needed another mattress on the bottom bump cause it was like you were sleeping on the floor, which is not good for adults, also I didn’t know you had to go thru another bedroom to get to that room, the trees around the pool need to be cut down cause it’s was to many leaves in the...

”We were comfortable in this house but would have a few recommendations. The amount of dinnerware needs to be increased. Lighting could be improved with a pole lamp in the living room. We think that it should be emphasized that although you are in the San Marco area, you are not in walking distance to any of the shops and restaurants.”

”This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Has a nice pool in the fenced backyard. Sreened in porch with TV is were we spent most of our time while the kids played in the pool. 5 bedrooms slept 10 people comfortably. Was about a 20 minute drive to Ice Arena and 35 minutes to beach.”

Groceries and such were nearby, as were restaurants. Umami Japanese Curry is a block away and delicious. El Castillo Taqueira & Bakery is a short drive, and worth it - had the best tacos here.”

”There were no surprises. The yard was fenced in and large for my service dog. She was used to a dog door but she adapted quickly. Difficultly wifh tv operation. That issue did not hurt our visit. We will book again with this host and Vrbo.”

”Was not aware that crime rate was high in that area. Didnt exactly feel face, always checking to make sure the doors was locked and checking the immediately after returning to the home. There was a homicide Saturday morning directly across the street. We was awakened by police banging on the door. Down the road at a dollar store 3 people was shot. Definitely not somewhere to Vacation with family and children.”
