”First time in Michigan and this hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We went to a Michigan game and the shuttle to the game was basically right outside the hotel. Awesome experience all around.”

”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place. Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”

”This place was amazing! The room itself was beautiful. We loved the view! I think we would have loved a recommendation of where to park since we were not from the area. Other than that, we enjoyed this area! It was walkable, and shopping and restaurants was only about a 10 min walk from the hotel! ”
