”I booked for 2 nights entered the room I had no TV went to front desk was told I could not be replaced in another room. Called guest relations and filed a complaint about the room and no amenities towels , soap , toilet paper etc .
Before this happened I was ok with the establishment but this experience wasn’t good .
I shared I would prefer to have a refund for the inconvenience I had to endure ”

”Don’t book here everything in the rooms is already broken and old and dusty to include they want a deposit for a one night stay and 50 dollars at that to book here and it takes 7 days to refund and everything in the room was broken already!! Advising seen on the site rooms look nothing like it is in person it’s a whole scam I want my money back I left the room”

The people in next door room had party everyday until 3am.
It was a complete nightmare. I need to receive some kind of compensation this is so sad the first time Im very disappointed with Expedia.
