”The property itself is great. Friendly staff, clean room, clean common areas and convenient parking. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Everything empty (and not refilled in a timely manner) and an absolute mess. Trash overflowing, food all over the counters and floors, tables unclean, etc. We ended up finding a restaurant and paying for breakfast. This is unfortunate because the free breakfast was an amenity that we specifically looked for since we are traveling with kids. ”

”Such a fun little place. The service was great. The pool was inviting with plenty of room around the pool to hang out with your friends. The firepits are a wonderful addition to sit around on a beautiful evening. Highly recommend. ”

The people at Crown Pointe checked us in right away and were very nice and understanding. The people at the desk were so nice, friendly and personable. The room and lobby areas were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was so good! We will definitely be staying here again. ”
