The second bedroom and extra sleep quarters are upstairs and the stairwell was very steep so my mother had to sleep in the master while my husband and I had to climb the stairs . Bed was very comfortable and living area was particularly clean. We brought our own TV with Amazon FireStick and watch over WIFI just as if we were home.
