”The room was impeccable. Very clean. It was a very large room with a partial view of the lake which was beautiful. It had a very clean kitchen which we did not use during our one night stay. My partner and I have been frequent quests here at comfort inn east in sudbury. we have come almost 2 days at a time weekly. we got into an accidnet at their property due to a high snowbank. we have been coming into sudbury for medical treatment. we requested a ground floor. we have been getting ground floor as my partner sustained a fractured lumbar #1 on an accident in Feb 16, 2026.. ”Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm. ”

”It was fine for a one-night stay. TV didn’t work, and apparently ours wasn’t the only one; woman at the front desk said they were trying to contact their provider to remedy the situation, but nothing had been done by the time we left. To be fair, we arrived around 10 at night and left at 9 am, but I have no idea when the issue was first identified. Standard “free”, serve-yourself breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. Overall it was a half decent place for a short stay. ”

When mentioned the front staff said it was cleaned, but we suggested it needed to be thrown out. The floors were extremely dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or swept in weeks. It looked like bugs by my toilet, so I asked the cleaner to remove them but he used a Swiffer without the Swiffer...
