”-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

”This hotel needs to have some renovation done, the carpets need to be changed, they were really worn and dirty. Our room was cleaned just ok, there were some black hairs on the bath room floor. The room also had a bad, musty smell. ”

”A very good place for the money. Stayed here for a week and will stay here the next time in in Tampa.”

”Perfect spot for a night, the only thing was itchy sheets. But the room was clean, the staff was lovely, and the parking was a little tight, but solid. Would stay again for a show in Tampa. Oh yeah, location is perfect. Gas stations galore, shopping centre, and decent food choices.”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days. Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”Hotelli alkaa olla jo vähän vanhentunut mutta ihan siisti. Aamupala tarjoiltiin kertakäyttöastioilta. Ympäristö aika meluisa joka kuului huoneeseen. Allas-alue oli tosi kiva ja uima-allas lämmin. Kuntosali myös siisti ja pysäköintitilaa runsaasti.”

”Everything was great until I went to take a shower. When I got in, I looked on top of the shower curtain and there was a used washcloth that the cleaning service forgot to pick up when they cleaned.”

”Great location. Room was very clean, walked around with white socks on in the room and they stayed white. Hard wood floors. Pam the night clerk was awesome. I suffered from muscle spasms that 1st night and she offered me Tylenol for my pain. Everyone was so nice there, even the people that kept the breakfast buffet full.”

”Property is in a great location. Pool needs some TLC like a good scrub of the tiles but it was nice and warm. Staff and hotel were excellent. ”

”The room looked clean but the bathroom and shower was not. There was a shoe print on the toilet. The shower was dirty the shower curtain was nasty. The sink was dirty. I was taking a shower after coming from the beach and the water just cut off. Front desk was no help. I had to wait till the next day for the maintenance to fix it. I ended up switching rooms to the first floor but it was the same. Barely a trickle of water. Housekeeping is the worse. It's like no one ever inspects the rooms. I...
