”The one redeemable fact is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, it seemed like it was going to be nice. Then everything needed or wanted in the room was not available. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee packets or cream, sugar, etc. There was a phone to the front desk, but it had no dial tone and was unusable.
