”Short stay and plenty of amenities and a well stocked kitchen area. Plenty of room for a party of 5-6. Quiet surroundings and Bluff is a dark-sky city. Cabin has a TV, Keurig, Microwave and Wifi. Melanie was prompt to change out our Smoke detector Battery. So, Great customer Service. We did not use the common areas and I don't recollect if this is "dog Friendly".? We will stay here again for sure. A Nice Plus, the Floors are heated! ”

”Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh. Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses.”

Sunset at Reflection Canyon.

It is a 2 hour drive from Escalante on a dirt road where a AWD is highly recommended. However when we arrived at the parking lot area we couldn't believe that a Honda Fit would make it there, but there it was. :-)

From the parking lot area it is a 5 hour hike (plus minus one hour, depends on your navigation skills) through the stony desert of southern Utah. The hike itself is already beautiful but the reward when you eventually arrive at Reflection Canyon is priceless.
We were the only two persons out there and we didn't even meet someone on our way back the next day.

Make sure you carry enough water as there is absolutely no water source anywhere. Also I think that this place can not be found without a GPS but I was wrong with the Honda Fit before, too. ;-)

"We tried to take a shower before 9am and there was no hot water. Coffee was very poor quality. They did not know, what customer service means at this property (particularly the receptionists that we dealt with). We would not go back to this place. "
