”There was so much walking. It was like a maze at the resort.!! also booked our trip on Expedia did not get the room that we were told we were gonna get with the continental breakfast. There was no continental breakfast however they did put us in a different room but we lost half a day.!”

”I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!”

”The bedroom was clean, but our bathroom was gross! Hair all over in the shower and dirty! The toilet had been flushed and full of hair too. Was disappointing.”

”My sisters and I did a girls trip to Lake Geneva and stay here in the 2 bedroom governors suite. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The 2 beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the pull out couch mattress which was just horrible. One of my sister's slept on it and didn't sleep at all. The mattress was sinking down with hard bumps and there no where you could sleep comfortably. Everything else in the room was great. A nice size fridge and a sink. All in all I would stay there...
