They had a dance while we were there, so when we came back from our event, there was no parking and when we fid find a spot, it was outback in some small lot, unlit area, and we were no where near our room and got lost trying to find it. Fire alarm went off 3 times during the evening. Couldn’t get the TV to work. Had to call to have someone get it to work. No hot tub, pretty sure Expedia’s listing said they had one. Located right by a Starbucks. close to the “ranch” facility....

”Very nice, very clean motel with parking directly outside our room. The check in/out process is so easy. The beds are extremely comfortable and towels plush. We are return customers and will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.”

”A makeshift latch (like found in commercial bathroom stalls) was placed on the sliding door to the bathroom. Cheap fix and dangerous. I snagged it with my arm, twice, leaving an impressive bruise. Weird and unnecessary! Front desk staff were friendly and great tour guides for downtown restaurant suggestions. ”

A special shoutout to Susie, who truly went above and beyond—she made sure to find me a fan since I can’t fall asleep without one, and did it all with a smile on her face.
