Relax and unwind

Overall really nice property. Everything was clean, updated appliances and location was near perfect. Grounds were well kept, a pool and grill steps away from our door. If we needed dinner or sweet treat after we’ve eaten at home it’s a short walk to Whaler Plaza. Could spend the entire day there if we wanted; Breakfast, beach or activities, lunch, beach, you decide. Or get a ride down to the beach cabana or walk like we did. Don’t need a thing but yourself and maybe some snacks a good book because you can get beach chairs and towels gratis. We had a great time. Will do it again. One Love

Convenient location

Wasn’t able to stay here as something happened and the place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived around 930pm. I called the host number and left message but it was after hours and never got a call back. The front desk helped manage to find another unit, which also wasn’t cleaned all the way but at least habitable. It was already late and made it more tough traveling with a toddler.

beautiful spacious 1 bedroom condo with some quirks

Lovely, comfortable condo and quiet condo garden community. Excellent shuttle service around the grounds and to the beach-house. Condo was well stocked but the dishwasher didn't work. The Manager answered our call about it promptly, sent out a property based handyman on our third day there, who said it worked. Had to reiterate the problem that the chamber heated and water sounded like it flowed somewhere but it never sprayed into the chamber. After this, a new D/W was installed, 2 days before we left! The Bar-B-Q on the porch also unfunctional. Had to use the community equipment which was 1st come 1st served. Would stay there agaiin.

Best Spot in Maui!

We love staying at the Maui Eldorado and enjoyed this specific property. It was clean and comfortable, and was a great home-away-from home during our stay. We will be back next year!

Quiet and Cozy

Just enough space for our family and a short walk to Whalers Village. The golf cart service to the beach was awesome! Would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and comfortable and our kids loved the lanai !

Overall wonderful stay!

My fiancée and I found this place last minute after our hotel cancelled our reservation and it was exactly what we wanted! The unit was clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries, and beach towels. We loved the large sliding doors and outside seating. It is a very quick walk to the beach as well as the kaanapali restaurants and hotels. The owner quickly replied when we had a small maintenance issue. We did not notice a fire extinguisher in the unit but this was not a big problem for us. The complex was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Check in and out were easy. We also loved the beach area which has chair rentals and was not crowded at all. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing room & location!

This was our ninth time at the Eldorado in the past ten years and we have stayed in most of the buildings. Building B backs onto Keka'a Drive, and is set back from the beach. While this may seem a disadvantage at first, it is actually a good thing. Access to the Fairway shops and restaurants is very convenient, and there is parking right adjacent to the building. Keka'a Drive is one of our favourite walks, flanked by the golf course, to Whaler's Village for beachside shopping and restaurants, like Leilanis and Monkeypod (best Maitais in Maui!). Walking north on Keka'a is another of our favourite walks as it connects to the Ka'anapali North Beach Walk that leads all the way to Honokowai along the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. A few of the reasons we keep coming back to the Eldorado are the beautiful grounds, the relative peacefulness (compared to the Ka'anapali beach front resorts), and the best kept secret - Kahekili Beach. The Eldorado cabana is on this beach (a short golf cart trip or a few minutes walk on a path through the golf course). The cabana will provide beach chairs and towels so you don't need to bring too much. The beach, however, is the main attraction. Kahekili is literally on the other side of Black Rock and crowds of people. On the Kahekili side you have an enormous sandy bottom beach that extends for miles towards North Ka'anapali and Airport Beach. It is never crowded - it is always paradise! Building B opens out to a resort view, which includes a smaller, but wonderful swimming pool that is never busy, as well as the BBQ area. There is a larger, updated pool and hot tub that is central in the complex. Suite B104 has a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, yet it is set in so benefits from added privacy (don't worry the sun still makes it to the lanai!). Being from the 60s, it is a spacious one bedroom with two queens beds, so was perfect for our family of four. The suite has been entirely updated, including all of the furniture. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, and we appreciated the extras in the room that included Maui guidebooks, boogie boards and a raft of DVDs. Unfortunately, our trip was cut three days short with the COVID-19 pandemic, but Vivian, from Maui Ka'anapali Vacations Rentals, was more than understanding and sympathetic and offered us credit for next year. We hope to take her up on it and look forward to coming back to the Eldorado - our home away from home!

Perfect location 🌴

Nice development if you don’t want a high rise building. Easy walk to Whalers Village and beach. Perfect location for exploring both northern coast and then south to Wailea.

Wonderful Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at the Maui Eldorado unit B104! The unit was very clean, had plenty of towels (including beach towels) and the kitchen had everything we needed to do a little cooking. It was a great size for our family of 3 (my husband and me and our teen daughter). What we loved most about the condo was the lanai with a view overlooking our favorite pool at the resort, the great selection of DVDs, and the beds were very comfortable. The in-unit washer and dryer made it so we didn’t have to bring home bags of dirty clothes and we could pack lighter for our trip since we could wash clothes easily! It was convenient to take the free trolley to Kaanapali Shopping Center for dinner even though we had a rental car it was nice not to have to drive everywhere. Our family found the resort very peaceful and quiet. There is a small amount of road noise at this particular unit. We noticed it in the early morning as trucks were making deliveries, it wasn't a big deal to us but noticeable. There was a boggie board in the unit but a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella would have been a nice addition. A little more light in the bedroom would have also been helpful, we found it a little dark. This was a great unit overall and we would definitely stay again!! Thank you very much for a wonderful Maui vacation!

The resort was beautiful. There was only one complaint to be made and that is the comfort of the couch and outside furniture. It was like sitting on concrete, the inside wicker couch and outside lounge need new foam. Everything else was great, the bathroom shower was fantastic. The view from the lanai was lovely and super close to the barbeque and small pool area.

Great time in Maui

Had a great time at this rental. Everything is as advertised. The condo is perfect, plenty of room well stocked, two large tv’s, large patio. One of the resort pool is right out the back door and it had two large gas grills. The beach is about a 10 minute walk but if you call the front desk they will come get you within minutes. The cabana was great, allows you to put all you food and drinks in the fridge and not carry a cooler around. Bathrooms, towels, chairs all available. This is a great condo and I would definitely come back again.

Wonderful

Our stay was great. This is an amazing place where you can enjoy cooking in if you need to with the kitchen in the rental. It was clean, spacious and well taken care of. The beach is a quick little 5-10 minute walk but we didn’t mind that at all. You can hop a ride from a resort golf. cart if you’d like instead. Gorgeous views of the golf course and although not an ‘ocean view’ rental, still can see the ocean from the back patio.

Loved our experience

As a family of four we thought our condo was perfect for everything we needed and then some. It was spacious and in a perfect location for doing short day trips to different beaches. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and Vivian was pleasant to work with and very attentive.

Wonderful unit!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It has everything we needed including linens and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved watching the sun set over the ocean from the bach porch. Vivian was great to work with as well, very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Would Definitely Stay There Again - Beautiful

POSITIVES - Vivian makes the process easy. The unit is a great size, clean, and decorated nicely with good appliances & storage.The beds were VERY comfortable. The bathroom and shower are large and beautiful. The location was great for many reasons.The beach cannot be beat (peaceful, large, no choppy water, and great snorkeling...beautiful fish & turtles). The Cabana is nice with towels & beach chairs. Also getting a golf cart ride was easy and quick, but it's only a 5 min walk to the beach. The grounds are very well kept and its a beautiful setting. NEGATIVES - I would have given a 5-star rating if there had not been so many little things to mention. The pool outside the back of the unit was closed the entire time, which was probably a temporary issue. The main pool should have been open at 9 am but never was when we went. The Cabana hours are only 9:30 - 5:30, which was an inconvenience for us every day. We like to go to the beach early am and late afternoon. We heard others complain about the hours as well. I waited until 10 one day to get a towel while the guy dealt with dirty towels from the day before knowing I was at the window. There is a small parking lot next to the unit. A few times we could not park there because of contractors were using the spaces. We feel they should park at the main lot and let the paying customers use the parking lot next to the unit so we don't have to make three trips unloading. Having said this...they are only small fixable inconveniences and not enough to deter me from staying in the same unit again SUGGESTIONS: Provide a cooler for road trips and tupperware for food storage. There was only enough laundry detergent to wash towels which was prob. just an oversight. RECOMMENDATIONS- Highly recommend Doors Off helicopter w Air Maui and the Road to Hana. In Lahaina - Fleetwoods for a pricier meal and Down the Hatch for everyday eating w entertainment and outdoor bar. We could have eaten there everyday it was so good...also for dessert next door from Down The Hatch is Breakwall Shave ice - recommend Guava Strawberry & Acai Berry with Macadamia Nut Ice Cream on the bottom - DELICIOUS!!! The Snorkel Store is in the shopping center next door with great pricing if you rent online before pickup. Also, CJ's next down from the snorkel shop is good for breakfast, sandwiches & burgers.

AMAZING UNIT

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Maui Eldorado!! The unit had everything! From the dishwasher to washer/dryer, we felt right at home! We really appreciated all the little touches and decor the owner put into it! The bbq in the back was perfect! Want to go to the beach? Call the front deak and a golf cart will come right to the door! All the beach supplies are in the cabana! Look forward to staying here again in the future!
