Beautiful resort

This is an amazing spot for singles, couples or families. We travelled with our 2 kids under 5 and it was amazing. Close walk to Whalers village, multiple pools to choose from, private beach access and a cabana, staff were so friendly and amazing.

Dated and expensive but that's Hawaii

The place is clean and convenient. But everything is dated and a bit worn. Prices are of course, high. But everything is expensive and the locals have to be able to make a living. If I came back, it's more than 50/50 I'd stay here again.

Wonderful location

A/c had issues but mgmt helped fix the problem and gave us a welcomed partial refund. Curtains need to be replaced. They are nasty!

Well Equipped and walking distance to the beach

This was a great property walking distance to the beach and pool. The kitchen came well equipped and we enjoyed the outdoor grill. The only complaint is that the dryer didn’t work and we have to go to the laundry Matt. Additionally, the bed was very hard and the sheets extrémalo rough. Investing in a better mattress and sheet set would go along ways. The staff was extreamly friendly and overall I would stay her again.

Staycation at the Eldorado

My wife and I very much enjoyed our staycation at the Eldorado for 4 nights. Our unit was much larger than expected and very fully equipped. We were very happy with it. A couple of minor things were promptly fixed, no problem. For us, the beds were a bit too soft but that's just a personal thing, also no problem. The first night we did kill one roach but never saw another one, again no problem. Overall our unit exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with it.

Great location.

We have stayed in Maui Eldorado multiple times. This particular unit worked perfect for our family. Having two bathrooms was a great feature.

Spacious condo in good location

This condo worked well for us because of the number of beds, proximity to our other family members, and the price. It could use a bit of basic updating. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Kannapali vacation

I have stayed in other units at the El Dorado, and was never disappointed until I stayed in this unit. A little update would make this condo much nicer. I’m sure the carpet was clean, but it looked so gross and stained-definitely needs replacing. Some of the decor and and wallpaper looked liked they were the original from 50 years ago. The popcorn ceiling looks dirty. A paint job on the whole place would help a lot.The tub in one of the bathrooms drained very slow, so you’re standing in water when you shower. The patio doors almost impossible to lock-again, probably the original. And the beds are extremely hard, and I’m sure old. Like most, we spent very little time there, so we didn’t let it bother us too much. The location is good, close to the beach. The pools are fantastic! I definitely will pay closer attention to the reviews! So, I would not stay here again, unless there were updates.

Perfect location

The property is old Hawaii. I love the look of bamboo and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The eldorado is the perfect location. Th e cabana and golf cart transport brings you to the best part of Kaanapali beach.

Great location

The location can’t be beat, beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for my family. New appliances in the kitchen were nice, only downfall were the ants in the kitchen but I know how hard those are to get rid of- we just made sure to keep the counters clear of food and didn’t have an issue.

Nice Unit and Convenient

The unit was nice and convenient- easy access to the beaches and Whalers Village by walking or trolley. Unit was comfortable, has an updated kitchen but the rest of the unit is pretty original. Some of the appliances need replacing and not much in the way of beach gear. I have stayed in other updated units in this complex and would have been nice if this was a little more updated for the $.

Perfect location.

The unit had everything we needed, location was great and staff at the condos were super nice. Needed a new tv when we got there that was immediately replaced. And a few lightbulbs went out. Condo could use some upgrades, but overall good experience.

Location/Area is great loved it Rating out of 10 I give it a 8.5 On the other hand the condo needed major remodel Everything is like 20 years old And overpriced for what We got, I've paid with fees $340 a night Where on the website it showed that it was only a $200 a night Lots of hidden fees keep that in mind, Rating out of 10 for the condo is the 3.5 Don't waste your time just get sheraton down the street you will probably play it same price Without the hidden fees

Great stay at Maui Eldorado!

We loved the ground floor unit, and the property managers were very helpful. The 1 bedroom condo fit our family nicely. We plan to travel back again soon!

I think they had a lot to offer didn't like the resort fee was a joke, and the room was really outdated air conditioning worked but sounded like a freight train in the room.

Wonderful for Family Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it's great to have the Lanai with yard for the kids. Very well equipped with beach supplies to fully enjoy your stay! Close to Black Rock for fantastic snorkeling and beautiful beaches! We will definitely be returning! Mahalo for a wonderful family experience!!!

Spacious and comfortable, a bit outdated, but clean!

We loved our time in this K 105. The back doors open to a beautiful grassy area that felt private to us, which expanded our 'living space' in the unit. We were very close to the large pool and hot tub, which were meticulously maintained. The location was close to the front entrance, which we enjoyed. The walk to the beach wasn't far, but if you had lots to carry then you can catch the golf cart from the front office. The unit provided plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen, two comfortable large bathrooms, and plenty of extra pillows and towels. The large bedroom with two queen beds was a perfect fit for our family with small children. The setup allowed for naps to be taken, while still being able to use the rest of the unit. The only downfalls- the beds were more firm than our preference, but that doesn't mean they weren't good quality. Just know that you are going to be sleeping on a rather firm mattress. The carpet and wallpaper date the unit, but this did not bother us in the slightest. We appreciated the affordable price and we would book again in a heartbeat!
