The property was beautiful and as described in the listing. Having a view of the ocean was a bonus! Our contact during the stay, Herb was very responsive and on top of any issues we had during our stay. The house was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishwater, kitchen appliances, toiletries and beach supplies. We also had two parking passes which was a great help for our bigger family that needed two cars. The only comment I would make is we would have appreciated if the place had been cleaned a little more tediously (this could be based of personal preference) - the master bathtub still had a lot of mildew streaks and stains, same with some of the toilets. The only reason I bring that up is because you’re paying an hefty cleaning fee, so would expect the place to be super clean. Also having a handheld vacuum for guests to use throughout the stay to suck up any sand tracked in from outside would be nice! Overall, a superb stay, our family enjoyed our time & we would definitely rent again!
