Kaunis huoneistomme sijaitsee maailmankuululla Kaanapalin rannalla ja rannoilla. Et voi päästä lähemmäksi merta sitten MAUI KAI Resort, Bldg. Kun rentoudut Lanai-alueella, on helppo viettää tunteja surffaajien, purjelautailijoiden, purjelautailujen, melojien, veneiden ja kauniin
valaita kauden aikana Mauissa. Kun astut sisään huoneistoon, hämmästyttää avoin trooppinen tunne ja panoraamanäköala merelle. This was our second stay with Gaspare and Robin. We love the condo. It is well stocked and the location can't be beat. If a problem arises, Gaspare and Robin are quick to take care of it. I highly recommend.

Location, location, location! The room is ocean front nothing to obscure sight or sound of the beautiful ocean, soothing waves and tranquil sunsets, 24/7. Everything is within walking distance (grocery, restaurants, rental car company, food trucks). The condo has direct beach access, though it can be tricky to navigate during high tide. There’s an accessible beach park (with facilities and showers) nearby, which makes it easier for everyone to enjoy the sand and ocean and there’s something magical about watching sea turtles frolicking in the surf everyday. The water has its own rhythm—some days bring powerful, rolling waves perfect for watching or playing, while other days the ocean is calm and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing swim. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking, painting the sky with the most beautiful colors. Truly a perfect spot to connect with nature and unwind.The condo also provides plenty of chairs, perfect for relaxing, watching the waves roll in, and enjoying the stunning sunsets but we preferred the view from the comfortable and well equipped condo.If you decide to venture out a bit further, you can catch the boardwalk from the park which runs for approximately three miles along the beach to additional restaurants and shopping. For the best Mai Tais, Monkey Pod is a must! The hosts were great! Easy reservation process, timely responses, zero issues during checkin/out, laundry same floor. Tried to share photos but tech issues. Must see!!!

The property was the absolutely perfect condo to spend our 50th Anniversary at. The condo was stocked with everything and anything we may have needed. Having our coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning was so relaxing. There was nothing that we could recommend improving upon. It brought us many happy memories that we will cherish forever.

A beautiful condo in a beautiful location!

We arrived to a spotless place to stay with perfect instructions on checking in and out. The property is perfectly appointed and we wanted for nothing. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine were perfect on the private lanai, listening to the waves just below us. We were lucky enough to see several turtles swimming by as we watched! We plan to come back and stay here again next year, and hopefully, every year! we have found our place in Maui!

spectacular ocean view

As soon as we walked in after a very long plane ride, we were mesmerized with the beauty and awe of our view from the lanai. We felt like we were on a cruise ship yet gave us the privacy and relaxation we were looking for. the condo was well equipped and very roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. we were steps away from the beach and went swimming every day. the waters are calm and swimmable which is a luxury in Hawaii. Being close to the Kannapolis beach resorts, afforded us to enjoy a whale watching and a sunset cruise excursion. Maui Brewery had great food and beer. we found the best seafood restaurant that we had takeout almost every evening. what better way to enjoy whale watching and the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai. this was a diamond in the rough and we look forward to our visit again. the host was very attentive and we had no reason to call the property manager, Everything was perfect! and thank you for making our 45th anniversary so special.

Amazing ocean front views

Wonderful time at this beautiful condo located right on the ocean. Saw humpback whales, sea turtles, surfers and rainbows from the patio. Lovely decor and very clean unit. We had a minor issue with the front door lock and contacted the owner who immediately had the problem resolved. I was very impressed! We would definitely like to stay here again.

Talk about the whales !!

We had a great stay at Gaspare and Robins condo. Just a few steps to a great beach to the right , which we didn’t notice until the end of the stay. A long beach and beach walk to the left. Whales every day from the lanai. We walked to get groceries and to eat. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable stay and great kitchen to cook in. We would stay here again. Thanks Gaspare and Robin.

It's all about the view

Whales and rainbows. You won't find a better view even if you stay at one of the high end Kaanapali hotels . Absolutely amazing. You can walk to the grocery store and the Kaanapali sidewalk is close by . Also recommend going to the nearby Fish Market , great tacos and really fresh fish

Awesome Vacation Five Stars!

From start to finish this vacation was terrific. Gaspare was easy to work with, he answered all questions in a timely manner. He facilitated a scheduling change with no issues, and allowed us a late checkout time to accommodate our late departure flight. The condo is right on the beach, and you can do some whale watching with your morning coffee from the comfort of your lanai. Great restaurants and beaches can be found within walking distance, and the food truck lot is right up the street. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy your Maui experience!

What a dream!

Gaspare and Robin were wonderful hosts. They gave detailed directions and information leading up to our stay and kept in touch throughout. Check in and check out were easy. The condo was a perfect size and location for my husband and I. You can’t get much closer to the beach than Maui Kai! The beach directly to the right of the property was perfect for swimming and lounging in the sand. One day on that beach, we were lucky enough to see an endangered Hawaiian monk seal sleeping on the sand ( that part of the beach was securely roped off that day so the seal would not be disturbed). We loved spending time on the condo’s lanai, especially for sunsets. We saw whales from a distance, sea turtles, dolphins and a few rainbows. Truly magical! The condo was well stocked and we appreciated the beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs.Having the food truck park just a few minutes walk was such an added bonus. Thank you!!

Awesome Stay

Property was great and owner very responsive... Even took the time to share local recommendations for things to do, places to eat and shop, etc. Great experience. Had a minor issue in property access, but response was excellent and it didn't impact significantly the overall experience. Thanks to Gaspare and Robin!

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The suite is spacious and meticulous and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We had a great time at the pool and hot tub. There is also table tennis and a foosball table which was great. The bbq grills are upscale and extremely well maintained. The beaches near the building are awesome as the reef is in close proximity, saw some cool fish and sea turtles. There is a food truck spot which is walking distance with some great options. Communication was excellent! Gaspare is an excellent host and also accommodated us for a late checkout as we had a late night flight. We look forward to staying here again.
