”This was our first time in Hawaii and it was amazing! The restaurants on and by the resort were incredible and we absolutely loved being in walking distance not only to the beach but also Whaler’s Village, where you have to shop before you leave! Amazing staff and amazing activities! We will be back!!”

”2 bed/2 bath- 2nd bedroom with twin beds very small with very small bathroom. Large dining room but a small wet bar with only 2 total electrical outlet. Small fridge and no oven. Not designed to cook on site and the food is costly. Towel cabana favors owners.”

”The Whaler is a great resort for the price. My partner and I stayed there for four days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful. Our room had an amazing view, and the location was perfect, right next to Whalers Village. That said, Whalers Village had fewer stores than we expected. It mainly consisted of a few restaurants and high-end shops like Louis Vuitton. Overall, Maui was much more expensive than we anticipated. We even tried buying breakfast...

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves. The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...

”Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out...
