Great location, friendly neighbors and amazing views

The condo was great for our stay, the only issue was the master bed mattress is absolutely shot. It needs replacing badly and you can feel the ends of springs putting pressure on you, I’m a 180 lbs 6’1” male and wife is 100 lbs 5’ so not heavyset by any means and we had a very hard time sleeping.The rest of the unit is perfect, lots of cutlery and dishes, dishwasher worked great and lots of ice for drinks. The bbq units worked perfectly and the pool was fantastic. There was an issue with the hot tub heat but was fixed quickly. All the people around the property were great and I would stay here again if there was a new mattress.

Reviewer Comments: i have stayed many times at the PSC and each time in different units this one, 109 was not the best. the patio had no room to sit the bistro table was way to large and we could not relax on it the unit said sleep up to 4, we received 4 white towel and 2 beach towels. they gave us 2 blankets to share for 4 people, my kids were not happy. kitchen was very understocked, no cutting board and all 6 knives were so dull i had to borrow from neighbor. the carpet was very dirty. the master bedroom was so overfilled with furniture that you could not move around in it

Rocky beach out front- nice beaches a short drive away. We had quite guests above us but potential for noise from upstairs. Base price is good but with all the fees it was expensive for what it is.

The bathroom needs to be totally renovated and the kitchen counter needs to be replaced. The screens could also be replaced. The rest of the rooms are fine.The flooring should be all be tile to avoid water damage. This sounds quite critical but our stay was great. We watched the whales and the turtles and the surfers every day.

My major complaint is that our toilet didn’t flush hardly at all and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Even the emergency phone number we left messages on and no one called us back. That was the second day we were there. We ended up having to deal with it ourselves, I have never had that happen anywhere we have stayed. We are back home now and still haven’t had a phone call even though WE had to spend money to fix THEIR toilet! I would have also enjoyed our stay more if the condo had AC. It’s gets super hot in the afternoons to the point we couldn’t stay in our room at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's Maui, what's not to like? Some previous user had carelessly left some food in the corner of the bedroom which drew a zillion ants. The property manager promptly took care of it for us. Went to Pacific O's for anniversary dinner which was lovely and reasonably priced and you get points using Open Table too.
