”Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and television worked. Everything was good. I didn't hear my neighbors. There is a shared lounge area where you can eat or sit and relax. Lots of snacks provided. Beach chairs, beach mat and beach towels were available. ”

”Upscale and incredibly comfortable.
This felt like a true upgrade from standard condos. The memory foam beds were heavenly, and the AC kept the place perfectly cool. We really appreciated the fast WiFi and having Netflix on the TV for relaxing evenings. Great gym onsite, too. We’ll definitely be back!”

Friendly staff that were good at turning over unused sunbeds on the beach and cocktail staff at the restaurants were particularly good
Resort was very clean and beautifully designed
Liked the water refill in the lovely fairmont bottles
Minor quibbles
Limited non cabana seating near the adult pool (not a problem for us as we prefer the beach)
Breakfast buffet was busy - again not a problem as we ordered room service for breakfast which was extraordinary...
