”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”In my opinion the price of the hotel does not match the value. For our trip in Hawaii this was the most expensive hotel and definitely not the best. Staff was friendly and very helpful though. ”

”Amazing! So nice and clean. Very impressed. My only issue that arose, was that some people were parking taking up two spots not leaving room for others. Maybe leave parking instructions for the lovely foreigners who don’t know better. Mahalo! Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone 10/10”

”Our bottom floor condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! The closets were stocked with gear for fishing, paddling, snorkeling, etc. Large outside barbeque with pool and chairs made us like we didn't miss out an anything if we just stayed at the condo. We cooked at least one meal a day at the condo which is close to a private-like park at the end of the street. This was perfect for our needs and the value was amazing. This was our most memorable stay in Hawaii and we will be back!”

”Great, quiet, peaceful location for anyone looking to dive with one of the operators out of Ma’alaea! The host Diane was incredibly understanding and nice when I got sick on my trip and had to extend my stay. Expedia made the extension difficult, but she worked with me to figure it out.”

”We were rarely there except to sleep but the apartment has everything we needed. It’s walking distance to the harbor and ocean center. The beach is literally steps outside. The owner was very quickly responsive to our questions.”
