I am absolutely seething with fury after my experience at this so-called hotel.
If there were a way to give this place negative stars, I would do it without hesitation.
From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster.
We arrived with a confirmed booking, tired and expecting a smooth check-in, only to be told — with shocking indifference — that they “couldn’t find” our reservation. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. Just...

”Everything about our stay here was ideal. The staff was extremely friendly. We had plenty of privacy. The hot tub was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The food was incredible. The list goes on and on. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend Atardeceres del cafe to others.”
