Located in the picturesque Silverstream subdivision and close proximity to Kaiapoi, our home is a quick 15 minutes' drive from the Christchurch International Airport.

Our home offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience, situated only 3 minutes off State Highway 1 and just 20 minutes from the heart of Christchurch city. Our home is also conveniently located on the bus route, making it easy to travel into the city.

If you’re in the mood for a beach day, the breathtaking coastline is only 10 minutes' drive from our doorstep.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy full and private access to the entire home, including three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sun-soaked outdoor living space.

The home is thoughtfully styled for comfort and relaxation, with soft linens, plenty of natural light, and modern touches throughout.

Main Bedroom Retreat – A king-sized bed, a private en-suite featuring a luxurious two-person shower, and a generous walk-in closet—perfect for settling in and feeling at home.

Second Bedroom & Bath – A queen-sized bed paired with its own bathroom facilities, including a full-sized bathtub and separate shower—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Third Bedroom - A double bed on the base with a single bed up top.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking up a family dinner.

The open-plan lounge and dining area invite you to relax, enjoy meals together, or simply curl up with a good book. Step outside to the private under cover outdoor seating area—perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or soaking up the fresh Canterbury air.
