”The facility is clean, and this should be the norm in all hotels, but the staff are the real stars of the operation. They went out of their way to make sure my son, who was traveling alone, was picked up, and they guided him on local transportation and anything else he needed help with. Super kind! Definitely recommend!”

”The receptionist was very kind, and accommodated my late arrival and carried my luggage up the stairs. However, I’m not familiar with that part of Buenos Aires, and in the dark it was a bit scary, especially as the hotel/hostel doesn’t seem to have a sign, other than a street number. My Uber driver must have thought it was sketchy, too, as he waited with me until the receptionist let me in. The room was fine, and had been cleaned, but not recently—a spider had built a small web in the sink....
