”Viikon oleskelun aikana siivottiin vain roskakorit, toki pyyheet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Nukuimme samoissa lakanoissa koko matkan ajan. Tupakan haju tuli wc:hen. Kylpyhyoneen kaadot väärään suuntaan, ja saimme lattian kuivattua, kun ostimme lastan. Henkilökunta ei puhu englantia. Hotelli on loistavalla paikalla, koko keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Kaupungin melu ei kuulu 10:teen kerrokseen. Hinta laatusuhde ok, jos halua vain nukkua hotellissa.”

”Il personale in genere non parla inglese, solo una delle receptionists parla inglese per questo motivo per qualsiasi richiesta bisogna fare code. L'hotel è piuttosto centrale e si possono raggiungere quasi tutte le destinazioni cittadine a piedi. L'hotel ha una sala colazione abbastanza deludente, e non ha ristorante, accanto c'è un centro commerciale con alcuni ristoranti di medio livello.”

Mutta odotukset pettivät siinä, että hotellilla ei ollut tarjolla retkiä kiinnostaviin nähtävyyksiin (paitsi tietenkin terrakottasotilaita katsomaan). Parannettavaa olisi myös hotellin henkilökunnan englannin kielen taidoissa. Esimerkiksi hotellista lähtiessäni hotellin järjestämällä taksilla, se ajoi...
