”We stayed 6 nights at Sim's. We were very satisfied with the guest house and friendliness and helpfulness of the family running the guest house. The location is good near Gion and temple areas in a quiet residential area. There were small groceries near the guesthouse, but a few restaurants. It was easy to go downtown by bus (5 min. walk to bus stop). Day passes for buses was sold at the front desk.
