”An amazing location and in my mind the most beautiful hotel in the world. Been going there since the 70s. The staff and food isnt quite up to what ths hotel deserves, but still good, i understand the limited pool of workers to draw from. But just outstanding!!”

”This resort is really outdated (atleast the tower were we stayed – they were doing some renovations there though) We were happy that we only booked one night. It is really close to Kailua-Kona center (but was quiet still which was great), so it was walkable and the trolley takes you to some beaches. ”

”We went to once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii and we chose this place. The views, pools and the wild life are amazing but; here is only one place to get breakfest (sandwich 20$!!), coffeeplaces closes at 11am (coffee 8$ and croissant 15$), places to eat are too expensive (pasta and meatballs 50$). Luckily there is marketplace near by (15min walk or shuttle bus 5$)and the rooms have small fridge. We didnt know the resortfee which was high! But I have to say that this Hilton area felt very safe and...

”It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. ”
