Experience
Kahaluʻu Bay is just minutes away and is one of the island's best places for snorkeling. Calm, shallow waters and a sheltered reef make it a safe and colorful spot for beginners and seasoned snorkelers alike. Sea turtles are frequent visitors here, and you'll find vibrant coral gardens teeming with tropical fish just steps from the shore. For surfers, the northern end of the bay offers a popular surf break where you can watch or join the locals riding waves.

In the cooler upland slopes, you'll find the legendary Kona coffee farms, where the island's most celebrated beans are grown.

Security Disclosure: For security purposes, cameras are installed at the front and back of the property. A camera is also located inside the office, which is a locked, owner-only space and not accessible to guests.

We kindly note that Instant Bookings are not available for the festive season (December 15 – January 7, annually). To best assist you with availability and holiday requirements, please contact us directly for a personalized booking experience.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. To ensure a seamless and celebratory stay, we have the following requirements in place:
Stays spanning both Christmas and New Year's require a minimum of 10 nights.
For stays that do not include both holidays, check-in or check-out must take place between December 26 – 29.
