”The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.”

”This property exceeded my expectation. The location was perfect for visiting excellent shopping and dining spots. The property manager was very kind and accommodating as well. I mixed up my booking, and the manager was very understanding ensuring I was in the right room. I had planned to arrive early and received a message before 12pm that my room was ready for me. The room was very clean and cozy. The AC works well, the bed, linens and pillows were more comfortable than the ones I have at home!...

”Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). ”We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. ”The problem of the property is that there is not a good connection between the 2 sides of the road. It's very hard for european to cross the roads while no traffic light works to guarantee a safe passage on the other side of the road where the mall is located nearby. The property was clean and good equipped. Internet working well. Good to move by UBER or similar.”
