”Two of the three light bulbs in the bathroom were burned out. The light fixtures in the ceiling and on the wall in the bathroom were completely rusted out and looked horrible. Our first night there, we never could get any hot water for the shower or to take a bath - it barely got tepid, no matter how long we ran it. There was no stopper for the sink or for the bathtub. There was one partially used roll of toilet paper and we had to go to the front desk to ask for more. It's the middle of summer...
