”Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all.”

”Not clean, bathroom dirty, floor not cleaned, elevator dirty, sink not cleaned. staff is rude, break is trash…. I would zero star rating.”

”Hotel was nice. Staff checking in and out were very nice and helpful. Parking was in lot and even though vehicles were registered with hotel they still gave a $94.00 parking ticket (on top of $30.00 parking free). Had to go back into hotel where they said they'd get it canceled but still might receive a ticket in mail and to just ignore it.”

”I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

”Well for one when we arrived to check-in we found out that they ONLY HAVE VALET PARKING. After driving from Tennessee. 17 hour drive. This was not disclosed in our reservation which was ($40) a day. Which we made a 8 day reservation. Not to many choices are as far as working around that. The hotel was beautiful but,We do believe the pool could've definitely been bigger its 3 1/2 foot deep pool and about and probably about a 5,000 gallin pool gove or take. The max occupancy is 12 people. Also...

”This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not...
