”We left early due to the strong smell of marijuana inside the building. The staff was friendly enough however they did not enforce the no smoking policy. We did not get to enjoy the pool or breakfast due to the stench. We also were there to visit our granddaughter but we didn't dare bring her back to the hotel due to the people outside the doors smoking pot and the horrible smell in the hallways, which was obviously coming from the rooms. Upstairs was the worst. I understand it's legal but...

”Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access.
Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day.
Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.”

”I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful.
I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. So no breakfast the second day, I was really disappointed as I left the place.
