”I expected a much nicer room for the price. The toilet kept running until we finally got someone to fix it. The air conditioner turned off the first night. It was quite a long walk to our room due to a limited number of stairways. The pool was nice. But the third day of our stay the pool had over 30 people in it from one group making it impossible to swim. Very overpriced.”

”The only complaint I had is there was no one in the office when I was trying to check in and there was no one in the office when I was trying to check out apparently if they are on lunch no one is there to cover they just make us wait which I didn’t appreciate”

”I checked in I was in the room 25-30 minutes used that time to look for other places. The room smelled funny the fridge didn’t work the toilet had horrible water pressure. The place looked sketchy. I was embarrassed to complain I told the clerk who was very nice we had an emergency and had to leave. He said manager would reach out to me. I messaged them never heard back. This is a motel. I thought it was going to be a normal best western even with the INN word in it.”
