”Check-in starts at 3pm. We arrived at 8pm and our room "was not ready yet." We're guessing that's hotel speak for "we gave your room to someone else."
It was fairly annoying that we had to pull out our ID every single time we needed to access the elevator to get our room. Is there that much crime in that area?
Water pressure in the shower was very low. That seems to be pretty standard with hotels. We had the added luxury of not having any hot water from the shower head. Hot water was abundant...

”The property is located in a beautiful area, however it seems not well maintained and lack of employees. Check in was smooth and the front dest person was very nice. It’s hard to get hold of anyone when you need help. The room has spider webs and spiders, the bathroom has mould on the ceiling and shower curtain was very dirty. We didn’t get to shower because there is no bath towels due to shut down of electricity. Not very pleasant stay!”

”Location is great. Staff is very friendly and informative. The TV system sucked.
The bed make these squeaking noises whenever you got up so irritating for the other person. And unfortunately, I guess the person next door to our room didn't think it would bother anyone when he started his truck up at five or so in the morning right outside our room and let it idle for about 10 minutes before leaving. Obviously not the fault of the Hotel, just an inconsiderate dunce.”

”Beautiful property nestled in the trees on the mountainside. Great food. Great staff. Convenient to an entrance of Yosemite. Loved the extras; firepits everywhere, hot tubs and pool open all night, actviites, fun tavern atmosphere and great store.”
