”SummerWood Inn was amazing from start to finish. We were warmly greeted by the staff, who took the time to explain breakfast and appetizer times. The inn itself is beautiful, peaceful, and offers great views. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I will definitely be coming back.”

”We loved staying in this house. It was the perfect place for the two of us to get away for our anniversay and also celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and all the recommendations were excellent. We will be going to Lilian's for their eggplant parmesan the next time we are in town. The only downside for us is that most likely when we stay in the Santa Cruz are we'll have a dog, so we can't stay at this home again. Thank you for a great vacation!”

Loistava aamiainen, joka sisälsi esimerkiksi tuoreita hedelmiä, mehua, crossantteja, leipää, keitettyjä munia, jugurttia, muroja ja joka aamu erikseen henkilökunnan kokkaaman pikkuannoksen (esim. eggs benedigt). Huone oli suuri ja siisti. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Paikka hieman etäällä ihan keskustasta, vaikkakin kävelymatkan päästä löytyi ruokapaikkoja. Paras jos on auto matkassa.”

”Nicely appointed for such small space.There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes (perhaps hood on the wall outside the bedroom).There wasn’t a toaster which was off. It would have been nice if the outside picnic table was in better condition for us to sit outside”

”Everyone was friendly. The host was very responsive and great to chat with. The cottage was cozy and well stocked. I was surprised at how quiet everything was being so close to the freeway. I think I only notice one loud car and one loud motorcycle the three days we were there, which is a lot less than what I hear in my parent’s neighborhood in south San Jose. It was a very relaxing stay, and we LOVE the cactus outside of the front door! Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place to stay!”
