”We had a great, quiet few days in Pismo—less than a five-minute walk to downtown! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was very polite. The room and pool were clean, and all appliances (fridge, microwave, AC, fan) worked perfectly. A few minor callouts: the parking lot is quite tight, the toilet seats could use an upgrade, and there were a few minor cosmetic patches on the walls. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations!”

”We were allowed to check in 45 min early, but the room we were in had rust on the sink and toilet, there were only 2 towels for showering and there were 2 of us, the people next door were smoking outside and it came into our room, we called the front desk and they moved us. My concern is we were told the other guests come often, but they went to them then came to us, to tell us they let them know of our complaint. Then the fridge in our new room leaked, housecleaning and Mtnce were quick to fix...
