”Room was clean, staff was nice, beds were very hard but it’s an older hotel to be expected. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut which was annoying because we had our older children with us and bathroom privacy was an annoyance. Slim Pickens to stay near berney falls but I would stay here again ”

”Shower is the best Towels and bedding are good/acceptable. Mattress is horrid, uneven, hard, woke up in pain, pillows are lumpy, they both feel old and worn out. Shampoo and Soaps are questionable, feel cheap and chemical based I’m room Coffee pretty good, but no tea No fresh coffee in lobby only tea Inadequate bathroom fan, turns into steam room and I had to towel off the sweat multiple times just to get dressed. ”

”The Casita that we stayed in was so no and clean. Nice to be out in the quiet away from the main casino. Nice pool, spas and lounging area. The casino itself has a great variety of games. The bars are always stocked and all of the staff is so friendly. Great stay!”

”After you book on Expedia, this property will hold an additional $100.00 "deposit". I got in at midnight and they spring that fee on me. I paid it but they said they didn't receive the payment "on our end" even though it had come out of my account under BEST WESTERN in my banking app. So they made me pay the $100. 00 fee AGAIN or they said I would have to find somewhere else to stay. Scary and disgusting If I knew I would be shelling out over 300.00 I wouldn't have been staying at this wet dog...

”Hotel staff was pleasant. I booked the jacuzzi tub suite. The tub is just a normal size if not even shorter than normal but extra deep with jacuzzi jets. It only fits one person and you can’t lay in it. Not worth the extra money. There is a train that runs at night from about 3 to 4 AM and honks a horn the entire time. And overall, I would say the rooms don’t have any soundproofing. I was on the second floor and I could hear people loudly all night long. The casino is pretty much all smoking and...

”Staff was excellent. Great location, comfortable beds and nice cabin. Only had an issue with turning off a light, it was connected to the tv too. Turn off light in bedroom it turned off tv. Easy fix, just unscrew lightbulb. Also back porch light did not work, kind of worrisome. However had all the amenities needed and beautiful location. ”

”Might be nicest hotel in Weed but it’s worn and old. Pool is closed and should not be listed as open amenities. No plug for tub and staff didn’t look for one. However the place was quiet for a quick night stop and breakfast was very good! I would recommend staying in Shasta lake area instead of Weed. ”
