”Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

”This was the highlight of our trip! The house is absolutely amazing and the view is breathtaking. We were in awe the entire time. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. If you want to look at the most amazing view, stay in a spectacular house, be waited on, cleaned up after and cooked for this is your place! Kommunikaatio respan kanssa kätevää Whatsappilla ja Padilla sai tilata kaikkea. Ihan vieressä ei oikein mitään, eikä tie kovin kiva kävellä. Mutta tuktukeilla ja takseilla pääsi n.200 bahtilla rantsuun. ”

”The villa is amazing and we had an overall good experience.The spa bath is still not in a working condition and was never communicated to us.The property is beautiful but not well kept,with dodgy electricity cables in the wardrobes,no usable outside barbeque.Poor communication from the property manager,did not reply to our emails apart from check out details.No clear instructions re garbage etc.If you do not plan to rent a car this property might not be the right choice.We did enjoy our stay and...

”Alt var fuldstændig fantastisk. Selvom man bor væk fra stranden og indkøb, kan der altid tages gratis tuktuk nærmest lige når det passer en. Personalet fortjener stor ros og kommunikationen var utrolig effektiv. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen. ”

”The villa is nice clean and spacious especially for two ppl. However the location description was misleading I thought everything would've been A short walk until I realized how for up in the mountain it is the roads aren't fixed properly it was hard for cabs to get there some nights we couldn't get cabs I literally missed my bday dinner because I was unable to get a cab for a destination that was 8 mins away. I didn't like the random ppl working on the villa walking around I wanted privacy....

”Das Appartment ist gross und modern, es hat einen grosszügigen und schönen Wohnraum mit offener Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit angeschlossener Dusche/WC, zusätzlich gibt es eine 3. Toilette. Insgesamt 3 grosse TV (brauche ich im Urlaub zwar nicht...), Aussenanlage mit viel "Grün" und mit eigenem pool. Über dem Appartment befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung, die nicht immer vermietet ist und von der auch praktisch keine Sicht auf den pool möglich ist, deshalb ist die Privat-Sphäre weitgehend...

”The villa is spacious for a large group of people, it has a separate dinning area, a big living room, common area and 6 bedrooms. However, the pool is comparatively small and not for swimming. The service from the staff is excellent and the chef cook very delicious Thai food. Only thing need to improve is the cleanliness of the villa. ”

”The place wasn't ready when we checked in. The pool wasn't ready and not clean. The smell inside the house was horrible. The 4th bedroom upstairs was so dusty and smelly! Can't even been use. My nephew got cut on his foot with broken tile by the pool. ”

”There's a lot of negative experience while staying there 1) There's no water supplied when we just moved in, we need to contact them and wait for them to send a water truck to refill the water tank. 2) Electricity has a free of charge quota. there will be additional charge once it hit over the quota. Although it has been stated down in the T&C, but the electricity meter was consuming almost 1 kwh per hour, a quota of 150kwh for 3 days is unreasonable low. We didn't even spend time in the villa...

”Overall a great place to stay. First of all, the location at Kamala beach is just perfect: just a 3 min walk to the beautiful beach and great well priced restaurants at the beach boulevard. There is also a mini mart right next door to the hotel. There is a little walk to the main road of Kamala but we didn't find that as nice as the beach boulevard. We stayed 10 nights in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, suite 1101 on the first floor and had a nice fairly big pool next to the main pool. The main...
