They attempted to pull all the fees for the trip out of my account three days before the trip. On my way to the hotel they called and said they required payment just for one night, i paid. Then upon check in i paid the full remainder for our four night stay. On our way home they attemped my bank account twice for over a thousand dollars. When i explained that its already been paid they just wouldnt accept that. I called my bank and confirmed it cleared, called them back and they lied about attempting my account. It was so unbelievably frustrating i will never stay there again. I never had a hotel be so shady with the payment process. Its so simple everywhere else ive ever stayed. Otherwise hotel is clean and staff are excellent (except the dum dums at the front desk processing payments).
