”Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out.”

”The staff at Emmaus is what keeps us coming back. They are just very kind and help in any way that they can. The bed is comfortable and the room is kept very clean. The quiet was so appreciated and the location was great. We were able to walk to many of our meeting places and it was very easy to get an UBER ride to/from anywhere. Enjoyed it. ”

”Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.”

”I book online and when I reach the girl didn't know what to do. because I was tired I promised to pay cash. After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception ”

Nice and clean hotel in a busy area
"Location was in a very busy area. Rooms are spacious and clean with A/C and fridge and bed was wide and good. Breakfast was good with omelette cooking station, pancakes and fresh fruits Negative Internet was working only from one device. You have to use 2 elevators to get into your room No good restaurants and supermarkets nearby hotel Coffee at the breakfast was Nescafé "

Good but not worth of the money
"Check in did not go well. I arrived 03.00am and they had difficulties to find my reservation. Room is big and it was fine. Breakfast was OK and they had omelette station, porridge and fruits. Hotel and rooms itself needs a fresh up. I was expecting more from the pictures and descriptions. Swimming pool area was disappointing because they had no sun beds and there was a lot of leafes in the pool. Staff was friendly and smiling Location is good. There is a mall next to the hotel "
