”Rooms were very dirty. Insects and dust everywhere. Sheets look like dirty also.
The man in the reception was a pure gold. He did everything for us to get a better room. We arrived aboit midnight and he offered us immediatly a new room. He even called to his manager for an upgrade. Finally we got a desent room. We only slept there three hours before the flight.”

”The location is not good unless you habe a car. Only big roads closeby which don’t have pedestrian-friendly approach. The hotel don’t serve breakfast or airport transport even they advertise it on their own website —> misleading. The room was vlean and spacious though.”

”Liked the amenities and breakfast was great! Lots of diff foods, both local and western. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping was the only downer, shower stall was clogged, they were quick to send someone to fix, then daily housekeeping staff had to be reminded to replace various things.”

”非常不错的一个酒店，最最重要的是离机场很近，打车十来分钟就到了，高峰期也不怕堵车，离市区还是有点距离的，不过打车也还是很方便的，房间干净整洁，房间物品也是很齐全。”

”Beach was trashy, they just try to hide all the trash behind bushes and all.The bed is not kingsize it's just to single beds put together. Room and bed had ants.
Quality of service.. they don't even know what the word service means. Can't understand how they have got those stars.. in my opinion they deserve max 2 stars.”

”Positives: The wifi worked well, the AC works great, and the shower has good pressure and the heat adjustment works. The staff/owners are very nice and are available throughout the day so if you have an early flight there is no issue with checking out. There are a couple really good restaurants close by, a speedway that opens at 9am if you need convenience items/drinks right next to the hotel , and it is only a 15-20 minute ride to get to the mall or some other places. It is a good in between...

”4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there.
The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list.”

”The location is great and the overall atmosphere was nice. But the check in was really slow and the room was quite hot as the A/C didn’t work properly. Also the sound insulation was not good, you could hear everything from outside (we were in the ground floor) and from the hallway.”
