We couldn't arrive at the hotel the day we were supposed to arrive. We didn't get our money back from the night we didn't stay there but it was understandable. The hotel was still very nice because they gave us a big voucher that we could spend at the restaurant. We think that it was a super nice gesture from the hotel.

”It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...
”De locatie van dit verblijf is ideaal. Vlakbij Long Beach en toch weg van het geluid van het strand. We hadden een kamer met fan. Daar moesten we even aan wennen, maar was uiteindelijk prima. We hebben het nooit te warm gehad. Het bed en de douche zijn eenvoudig, maar prima. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en als we vroegen om nieuw toiletpapier of een nieuwe handdoek, kregen we dat direct.
Ik raad dit verblijf vooral om de perfecte locatie en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel erg aan!”

La douche est vraiment pas terrible, l'eau coule très très doucement et le lavabo le robinet n'ai pas trop fixer et la porte coulissante est vraiment bien abîmée donc très difficile de fermer la porte.
