We had a fantastic stay in this property and it lived up to the beautiful pictures online. The area has great amenities and the property managers were very accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back!

Perfect cottage for 3 couples to use to explore the big island of Hawaii. Nice living space and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed, as we cooked a daily breakfast.

The home had all the essentials you would need, including shampoo/conditioner, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The neighborhood pools/hot tubs were so nice, a great way to end a day at the beach. The best sandy beaches on the island are only five to ten minute drives away. The neighborhood had plenty of beautiful walking trails fit for those with little ones. The property manager was very accommodating of us and our not so ideal travel schedule. Highly recommend!

Beautiful doors opening to the back patio. Great open layout for a family with 3 kids. Easy communication and check-in. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, though we didn’t cook much. The central air worked well when needed. It was easy to park in front of the garage, with access to snorkeling gear, chairs, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed the pool. The beach access with parking and dining/ drinks right there at Napua are the best amenity. The beach is a beautiful, calm, white sand beach with protected snorkeling. It’s a short walk from the Fairmont for dining. There’s a great grocery store and area with restaurants close by too. The community is quiet and calm. It was a very relaxing stay and we can’t wait to go back.

Always a good experience and we love this layout in Kamilo.My only comment would be that the beach supplies and bikes and stuff need to be updated compared to other units. Chairs are not good and old and no bikes which is rare.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place we stayed in a gated community was immaculate!! We absolutely loved the home and all it had to offer!!! Our only complaint was that we had inquired several times via phone and email for three days to get the code to the gate of the property and was unable to receive a response. There were several times we had to wait for another car to come along before we could drive through the gate and get to the house. We were stressed aboutt the code because we had a guide coming to pick us up at 3:00a.m. Luckily, a few hours before he arrived we finally got the code.

Beautiful house, perfect neighbourhood !

This house was perfect four ouf family of 6 (two young adults, their parents and grandparents). It was clean, spacious, confortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen... a beautiful house. The neighbourhood is great : there is a lot of houses but we have the feeling of a very private space. The pools and gardens are beautiful (this unit is very close to the pools, which is great) ! Also, this area is a perfect spot to visit easily different parts of the island. Highly recommended !

Great location

This was a great location for our group of 6 adults. Each couple had their own suite. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating outdoors. There were two beginning snorkeling beaches within walking distance, and the parking pass for the Mauna Lani beach was much appreciated.

Beautiful home with great amenities

This 3bd-3bath home is just perfect for our family and as a great home base to explore Big Island. Great community amenities, with large pools on landscaped compounds also great for jogging. Proximity to Foodlands also makes it convenient. We would love to stay here again!

Luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was beautifully decorated with lots of living space. The outdoor space in the back was very private and much bigger then I thought. We had a small wedding reception at the home with 25 family members and it had plenty of space. The kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. Plenty of chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and some water sport equipment to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect rental for our family of 5. We have stayed in the Mauna Lani area previously and would definitely return again. Although it's 30+ minutes north of Kona we love the location and the weather and the access to beaches. It was worth a short drive to our other activities. It had everything we needed, even a crockpot for easy dinners. The kitchen is amazingly equipped and it's nice to do your own cooking to eat healthier and cheaper. They had 5 beach chairs and 3 sets of nice snorkel equipment in the garage. The beach umbrella was broken but you can buy one of those at Costco or rent from a snorkel shop. This is a 5 out of 5 property for certain. My only (very minor criticism) is that the bedroom carpet has aged. I think wood flooring throughout would be better for a vacation rental unit. We would return 100% and recommend to many friends.

Perfect spot in paradise!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our trip! Close to the pool which was lovely! The home is beautiful and has everything you need! Very responsive and helpful management! We will be back!

Excellent home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay Ka Milo in this well appointed and maintained home. Mike was extremely helpful in all areas attending to any needs or concerns we had which were few. A cheerful comfortable home - even though you are not accessing a view property, the home is extremely private and you will enjoy morning sunrises and a very private, comfortable patio.

Wonderful home in Mauna Lani resort

This home in the Mauna Lani resort was perfect for the three couples on our trip. It was elegant, comfortable, and spotless. There is a small secluded back yard which was perfect for morning breakfast. We had access to all the amenities. Our property manager was very responsive leading up to our stay. We didn’t have any need for help during our stay but information was left to make it easy to connect if we did. The housing development we were in had two pools, two hot tubs and a very nice workout facility. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very Attentive Service

We visit Mauna Lani about once per year and have stayed in many vacation rentals. The property has a nice single level layout, which was important to us this time as we have a 10 month old and wanted to avoid places with stairs. The unit also came with a high chair and a pack and play which was helpful, however there was no bedding for it which would have been nice. Overall though the unit was very comfortable and met expectations. Notably, the service from the property manager was outstanding. We had a few minor issues with the BBQ and wifi, and each time we contacted them they responded immediately and had someone out to fix the problem right away. Thank you SRP for being so attentive to our needs.
