Enjoy staying at the best location at Golf Villas, featuring ultimate privacy with breathtaking sunset views and unlimited access to a private beach club and unlimited access to the Hilton Pool for 6 people. Our well-appointed and recently renovated villa is located in the heart of Mauna Lani. Features private Beach Club Access. Spread out with two spacious bedrooms on the main level, a spacious loft bedroom on the top level, and a private lanai with a built-in BBQ overlooking the 10th hole of the Mauna Lani Golf Course. We are well-stocked with all beach gear you need and have 2 car parking.

Up one flight of stairs you will enter a beautiful villa with fresh paint, designer furnishings, granite counters, and stainless appliances including a wine fridge.

You will have plenty of space to relax in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms, whether you're traveling as a family, multiple families, or a friends getaway. Two bedrooms are on the main level with two large bathrooms, the upstairs loft is a wonderful open space for sleep, play or working, should you need to WFH (work from Hawaii). From the loft, you get gorgeous views of Mauna Kea.

The master suite features a King bed, a flatscreen smart TV, and a 5-piece ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and is near the main bathroom.

The loft features two twin-over-queen bunks with extensive open space to relax.

The dining room features a dining table with seating for six, in addition to the two bar stools at the counter.

The living room features plenty of sofa seating for the entire family, with modern decor, and a large flatscreen connected to Apple TV with access to YouTubeTV, as well as all of your favorite streaming services.

High-speed internet is strong and can handle multiple devices streaming and running at once.

The community pool and hot tub offer tons of space to spread out and enjoy some downtime. There is also a well-appointed gym available for guest use.

There are two driveway spaces assigned to the unit for plenty of parking for larger parties.

Golf carts can be rented and are permitted on all roads, to get anywhere in Mauna Lani.

Guests have access to the Owners Club at the Mauna Lani Beach Club located at Makaiwa Bay just a 20min walk, 5min drive away and features free parking, restrooms, dining at Napua Restaurant, and free use of cabanas and beach chairs.

Mauna Lani has so much to offer visitors, from the private beach club to 49 Black Sand Beach, the Shops at Mauna Lani, 5-Star dining at Brown's Beach House and Canoe House, casual dining at Napua and Tommy Bahama, and many hikes and swimming holes to be discovered!

What a LOVELY place to stay!Here are some highlights:Great location: I don't know all about the microclimates of the Big Island, but I do know it was sunny at our condo when it was often raining on other parts of the island. Also, you are a very short walk to the Golf Villas pool. The pool is lovely with plenty of loungers and it has a hot tub as well. The condo itself is located in one small neighborhood of the larger Mauna Lani complex and is absolutely beautiful. Great landscaping and a wonderful place to run and walk. In the mornings my husband and I would run to the black sand beach, the beach club, or the shops at Mauna Lani. There is also a small fitness center right by the pool with free weights, a treadmill, and elliptical. Just enough options for vacation exercising;) You are about an eleven minute drive from the delicious Original Big Island Shave Ice Company (and many other shops, restaurants, and souvenir stores that make up the Kings' Shops and Queen's Marketplace in Waikoloa) and you are 1.3 miles from a Foodland grocery store and the Tommy Bahama restaurant which make up the shops of Mauna Lani.Beach gear and toys: My husband and I joked this condo is worth it for the beach gear alone. In her garage she has umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, a wagon, snorkel gear, noodles, life jackets, and the list goes on. We had everything we needed for a full day of fun at the beach. This VRBO is perfect for families with kids, we’d definitely come back.

The Villa was even better than expected, it felt like a 2nd home to our family! Every possible convenience, including beach gear, was provided. The local pool, the Beach Club and the Hilton were special places. Our best vacation experience ever!Mixed reviews from our crew on renting a golf cart - fun but to get anywhere you have to share the road with cars so we did not venture out much.

The host was very welcoming and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The furniture was a little dated and not very comfortable for lounging in. The Villa had everything we needed to play at the beach for the whole day. Beds were very comfortable.

A great home base for exploring the big island.The boogie boards, snorkels and sand toys were great and made the beach even more enjoyable. We will be back!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The condo was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The pool/hot tub area was gorgeous and a perfect size. The grounds are gorgeous. Having the Mauna Lani stores nearby were priceless. Sushi at the grocery store is delicious! Jess was an incredible host!! You are minutes from multiple gorgeous beaches, including a small black sand beach. You can get a massage in an ocean hut at the nearby Fairmont. Napua is a hidden gem restaurant, located at the Mauna Lani owners beach. The owner was amazing. We even got to drive to Volcano National Park to see Mt. Kilauea erupting. The weather in the Mauna Lani area was sunny and 80 degrees every day, while it was overcast and colder in Kona. Mauna Lani is heaven on earth!

Stunning Villa in beautiful location

Probably the best vacation rental I've rented. Better than the Four Seasons! The condo had all the amenities and home was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable for my entire family. Beds were super comfortable and all the towels / linens were high quality. The built in BBQ with the sunset views from the lanai was wonderful. Quality and plentiful beach gear available for guests was a great bonus. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Vacation Home

Our family had a wonderful time in Hawaii at this perfect rental home. Owner was responsive and gave helpful recommendations of activities. We loved the location to the pool and beaches. We had a blast driving around in the golf cart we rented that was conveniently delivered to the house. House was very well maintained and clean.

Wonderful vacation property

My family and I had an amazing vacation on the Big Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation property. Well stocked and plenty of room for all of us. It was also in a great location! We loved that there was plenty of beach gear provided by the owner so that we didn’t have go out and purchase while on vacation. Jess was super fast to respond to any message that I sent and was super accommodating. The pool in the complex was wonderful. It was a super quick walk to the pool, and relaxing in the pool was a wonderful way to end an adventurous day.

Great family space to explore the island!

Truly a great space for our family to explore the beaches and volcanos of the big island. The house was clean, well stocked and Jess is a great communicator and support for planning a trip. The easy access to some of the best beaches on the island is an huge plus for this spot. Our family of six had wonderful experience, and hope to be back again!

We had an amazing vacation at Jess’s property. Everything was exactly as stated. Lots of beach gear for the whole family. Be sure and take the umbrellas to the beach with you, it’s way hotter than you think it is. The condo was well stocked with beach towels and everything you need to cook meals etc. lots of space to spread out for everyone. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Close to all the best beaches, easy drives to Kona, Kohala, and definitely take the saddle road to Hilo. Jess is an amazing host. She was very quick with responses to questions. We would most certainly stay here again.

Fabulous home and experience!

Jessica's home is perfect. So new and clean and exactly what our family needed. The bedrooms are spacious and living space is open and cozy. The loft area is a nice setup and our 2 boys slept there. The furniture and decor is modern and incredibly comfortable. The location is great. We enjoyed a quick drive to the beaches and restaurants. The community is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is in walking distance from the home. Jessica is a great host and responded very quickly to our questions. She went above and beyond in many areas to make sure our vacation was perfect. Amazing Family Vacation Retreat

We didn’t want to leave. The listing was exactly as described and shown. It’s hard to describe the excitation and relief we all felt when we got there. The place was extremely clean, inviting, and felt like living the life of luxury. The welcome fruit basket and wine were not expected but very much appreciated. Jess, the property owner, was a great communicator. She gave us all the information we needed to have a great experience and was available whenever needed, and she was very quick to respond to inquiries. Kitchen was fully equipped with our typical family needs such as, pots, pans, strainer, eating utensils, cooking utensils, sharp knives, matching plates and bowls and both plastic and glass glasses, including wine glasses. We even used the pizza pan. The freezer made ice, which was extremely helpful for us when sightseeing the rest of the island. The upper loft bedroom was perfect for our three kids (ages 6, 8, and 10). They loved the bunk beds and rummaged through the kids desk using the crayons, colored pencils, scissors, and paper available. It was like they had their own playroom and we could easily monitor because it was a loft bedroom. The Villa had several fun board games that we played together to pass some time, but overall we remained busy all over the Mauna Lani Resort and the Island. At the Mauna Lani Resort we capitalized on using Jess’s beach gear almost daily for 49 Black Sand Beach and Mauna Lani Beach Club beach. We used her available snorkeling gear, life vests, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrellas. We highly recommend getting to both beaches before 9am. A part of Mauna Lani megaresort were the Kalahuipua’a fish ponds and lava tube dwellings, both were worth seeing including the “secret pond” which was quite the bucket list experience for everybody. We also walked to and swam at the community pool, which was well kept and had an available bathroom. I swear our kids christen every bathroom they can. Using the Villa as our retreat we visited Pu’uihonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park (~1hr), Mount Kilauea (~2hr drive) at Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park and cruised around HI-19 on our way back and saw ‘Akaka Falls State Park. We got to see beached green back turtles at the Lava Lava beach club and a monk seal at 49 Black Sand Beach, which were very close to the place. Overall the experience was amazing and at a great location. We highly recommend staying at Jess’s Villa.

Wonderful Big Island Retreat

We had a great stay in Mauna Lani! The condo is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. There's a pool, small gym and a black sand beach nearby. A longer walk or short drive down the road offers access to a lovely private beach club with restaurant, scenic walking paths, shopping and as well as the facilities and restaurants in the Mauna Lani Resort. Jessica is a kind and attentive host who tries to anticipate and meet all her guests' needs. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful condo on the Big Island

Initially we were wary of selecting a newly listed property on VRBO but any concerns we had were quickly allayed by the incredible communication from Jess, the property owner. All of our questions were promptly answered and Jess made every effort to ensure that our needs were met. Her communication was impeccable and for comparison purposes we have rented condos on the various islands of Hawaii annually for about the past 15 years. Pre-arrival information was timed appropriately and Jess made sure that we received all the details we needed. The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property and Jess has done an incredible job updating it. The decor is modern and the unit was clean and comfortable. We had enough room for our family to spread out and shared many wonderful meals around the dining table. The kitchen happened to be well stocked with pantry items, spices, etc which can be hit or miss depending on what previous renters have left. The location was great, a quiet corner of the Mauna Lani property with a sunset golf course view off the lanai. A great home base for exploring - we visited Volcano Nat'l Park, the Saturday Waimea farmers market, Hilo (we always prioritize getting delicious mochi at Two Ladies Kitchen), the Mauna Lani beach club (conveniently close to the condo and was a blessing since Hapuna was closed for a few days due to an earlier storm), the beach at Mauna Kea (arrive early to get a public beach parking spot), and had meals locally and in Kona. Jess helped provide some local tips which were great (the doctor fish!) and checked in on how our week was going. She seemed really invested in helping to ensure our family was having a great time and working with her felt more like interacting with a friend rather than a business transaction. The beach accessories were in great shape and we appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and snorkel gear. The checkout cleanup duties were comparable to most island rentals and were simple. We'd definitely have no reservations recommending this property to others and will look for it again when we return to the Big Island. Thank you for everything Jess!

Fabulous Property Views and Amenities Star Quality!!

Our week at Jess’ property in Kona was absolutely relaxing and a perfect place to gather with family. Jess was an extremely accommodating host. The condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and is well situated to a private beach. Her condo is stocked with everything one could need to make meals and enjoy the day! The pool was delightful as a second to the beach. Easy access to shopping and meals out if you are wanting this. My 4 year old granddaughter decided she is moving to “Hawaii Beach” forever and specifically this “house”. I will be returning here again! Thanks so much Jess for all of your special accommodations.
