Note about Parking:
This rental unit is allowed a maximum of two vehicles: the first in the garage and the second in an unassigned space with the unit parking placard displayed. Please be aware that garages at Palm Villas are relatively small and may not accommodate oversized vehicles. If you are going to rent a car, we recommend requesting one no larger than a mid-size SUV. A large SUV or Truck may not fit in the garage. No commercial or oversized vehicles, including moving trucks or trailers, may be parked on the premises overnight.
